i.

Matterport 3D Tours

Immersive walkthrough tours captured on the Pro3 LiDAR camera. Embed-ready for Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and your own listings. Proven to reduce time-on-market — prospective buyers qualify themselves before viewing, meaning fewer no-shows and faster sales.

ii.

Precision Floorplans

Accurate 2D and 3D floorplans drawn from laser-measured scan data to the RICS measurement standard — not tape measurements. Rightmove requires floorplans on all listings. Ours are portal-ready, dimensioned in metric and imperial, and can carry your agency branding where required.

iii.

HDR Photography

Professional interior and exterior photography optimised for property portals, social and print. Multiple exposures blended to show every room at its best — including the awkward north-facing ones. Delivered edited and portal-ready within 24 hours of the visit on request.

iv.

Cinematic Walkthroughs

Short-form property video built for Rightmove featured listings, Instagram and agency social. Captures the atmosphere and layout of the property in a way static photography can't — available as a £120 add-on to any capture.

E57 point cloud & BIM exportsMatterport cost plus 15% handling — confirmed before ordering quoted

How long does the E57 point cloud take to deliver?

E57 export is processed by Matterport's AI engine and typically delivered within 24 hours of the capture session. BIM model outputs — where Matterport's team builds the actual geometry — take 2–8 business days depending on scope.

Do you model the BIM yourselves?

No — and we're upfront about that. BIM models are produced by Matterport's specialist processing team from your scan data. We manage the order, QC the output and deliver it to you. If you'd rather model from the raw E57 yourselves, we deliver that within 24 hours and your team takes it from there.

iii. Commercial

Eden Space.
Tours and content for London's restaurants, venues and retail — because most spaces deserve to look better online.

Most venues are more impressive in person than they look online. We fix that — Google Business tour, commercial photography and a cinematic reel, all from one visit, so the first thing someone sees about your space is the best version of it. Tours from £295, scoped to your space.

For restaurants, hotels, gyms, venues and showrooms

How does a Google Business virtual tour help my business?

A virtual tour embeds directly into your Google Business Profile, so customers can explore your space before they visit. It increases engagement on your listing, builds trust, and helps you stand out in local search results and Google Maps.

What types of venues do you work with?

Restaurants, cafés, hotels, gyms, wellness and Pilates studios, retail shops, showrooms and event or wedding venues. Any commercial space where atmosphere and presentation drive customer decisions.

How long until my tour is live on Google?

After the shoot, your tour and edited photography are delivered within 24 hours on request. Publishing to your Google Business Profile is typically live within a day or two once approved.

Can you capture photos and video in the same visit?

Yes — the 3D tour, HDR photography and a short cinematic reel are all captured in a single visit, which keeps disruption to your business to a minimum and costs lower than booking each separately.

Case study · Greenwich

When the dollhouse view is the wrong tool.

Commando Temple is a strength-and-conditioning gym in a converted industrial unit — high ceilings, exposed steel, nothing hidden behind plasterboard. A standard Matterport walkthrough handles a flat two-bed without a second thought. This space needed a decision.

i.

The problem with the overhead view

Matterport's doll's-house view is built for domestic rooms with flat ceilings. Aimed at exposed trusses and services, it renders the ceiling void as clutter — technically accurate, but hard to read and unflattering. Here it added confusion, not clarity.

ii.

What carried the space instead

The interior panoramic frames — eye-level, the way a member actually walks the floor — read the room properly. So the walkthrough became the client-grade deliverable, and the dollhouse was left out rather than forced into service.

iii.

Where it lives now

The tour is published to Google Street View against the gym's Place ID, so it surfaces inside Maps and Search — not only on a portfolio page. Model control stays on our account, so it can be updated or moved later without starting from scratch.

No render, no staging, no tidying up of what was there. The room, measured and shown at eye level — which for a working gym is the honest version.

The difference · plainly

Four shortcuts that quietly cost a listing.

None of these are dramatic. They're the small, common corners that photograph a good property badly — and make a buyer hesitate before they've even booked the viewing.

i.
Phone photos, fighting the windows
The shortcut

One exposure on a phone: either the windows blow out white or the room falls dark. The buyer can't read the light — and light is most of what sells a room.

What we do

Bracketed HDR, so the view out the window and the room itself both hold — the way the eye actually sees it.

ii.
Renders that oversell
The shortcut

Fabricated or heavily staged images promise a home the viewing can't deliver. The appointment happens, the gap shows, and trust is gone before the second room.

What we do

Measured reality — we capture what's there, so the viewing confirms the listing instead of contradicting it.

iii.
Floorplans drawn from guesswork
The shortcut

Plans sketched from memory or a loose tape measure drift out of true. A buyer who catches one wrong dimension quietly doubts the rest.

What we do

Plans drawn straight from the LiDAR scan — accurate to roughly ±20mm, so the numbers match the walls.

iv.
Three trades, three visits, a week gone
The shortcut

A separate photographer, floorplanner and videographer means diary tetris and a listing that goes live late — when the first days are the ones that matter.

What we do

One visit captures all of it, back to you inside 24 hours.

Not tricks. Just the difference between showing a property and misrepresenting one.
